Blue bell fields forever
February 22, 2009
The blue bells (and buttercups) have sprouted everywhere here in Edenbridge! This is the field behind our local vet. There is a small wood on the other side of a stream and this is the edge of the woods. Behind me is a field of buttercups, to the left of me is a hill leading to the railway track and to the right of me is a field full of sheep.
To me this shot looks like it’s an HDR image but I can ensure you that it’s not and most of the processing was done in Camera Raw with some tweaking in Photoshop.
Shot taken with my Sigma 10-20mm wide angle lens, which I’ve not used in ages!

Got something to say?

very beautiful
Kol, you got it working!
Michael, yes but just noticed the text isn’t coming thought.
Thank you, Esther!
Ahh, I know why it might not be working. Does the text have to be up first/above the image? Hmmm…
this is how I picture the heavenly reunion with my dearly departed pup.
In answer to my own question, no it doesn’t matter about where the text is. So puzzled why the text is not coming through now, when it was this morning.
very nice, Did you take this kol?
Bingo, I have FF Comments working. Note to self it doesn’t work with Disqus plugin!
Yes I did. Thank you.

Thank you all.
On a slightly unrelated note, this post now syncs comments from here to my blog here: http://www.squashyfrog.com/2009/02/22/blue-bell-fields-forever/. Only took me 4 years to work it out but I had to turn off the Disqus comment plugin, which is a little disappointing but oh well.
